In-Person Staging Consultations are typically done at. occupied homes that will be listed for sale. Our staging expert will meet with either the homeowner or the real estate agent. for up to one hour. Our staging experts are able to meet you at any property in Washington DC, Prince Georges County, Montgomery County, Anne Arundel County, Arlington County, Alexandria, Prince William County, Loudon County and Fairfax County. In person staging consultations are $150. A summary of. recommendations in the form of a written report is an. additional $50.
Virtual Staging Consultation
Our Virtual Staging Consultation has the same outcomes as the in person staging consult except it is conducted via FaceTime, or WhatsApp. Virtual consultations are efficient, time savers and perfect for. properties outside of our in-person consultation travel range. Virtual staging consultations typically last between 30 mins to one hour. Without a summary report, virtual consultations are $75. The summary report is an additional $50.
