Home staging is the art of preparing a home for sale. Staging has two phases: the preparation phase and the decoration phase. This preparation phase can include everything from decluttering, furniture removal, flooring, cabinet, lighting, fixture recommendations and even cleaning.  The preparation phase is followed by the decoration phase which can include painting, staging,  furniture additions,  color concepts and decor. Our staging consultations focus on providing homeowners and realtors guidance in both the preparation. and the decoration phases throughout the home.
